We remodel the apartment as needed between each tenant.
Yes, we have 24/7 on-site maintenance technicians that live on the property.
Call the office during open hours or if it's an emergency call the on-site maintenance personnel.
Maintenance issues are completed by our maintenance team.
You do not have to be present if you allow our maintenance team permission to enter.
Call the on-site maintenance number and they will meet you at the office to verify your ID before allowing you into your apartment.
You are free to decorate your apartment as you see fit. Any holes in the drywall above the size of a quarter will be charged accordingly at move out. Any walls that have been painted and not primed back to white will be charged at move out.
Basketball and volleyball courts, pool with sundeck, and community building
Parking is available. We do not require designated parking.
There are no hookups available. We have laundry facilities in each building for our residents to use.
We allow cats and dogs in designated buildings after paying the pet fee and pet rent and signing a Pet Addendum.
There is a one time $150 non-refundable Pet Fee and $20 Pet Rent per month.
Yes there are. The leasing agents would be happy to give you documentation detailing what our requirements are.
Appliances include a gas range and range hood, fridge, garbage disposal and some apartments have a dishwasher.
Our leases start at 6 months and go up to 15 months.

Yes, the office will log packages and hold them for a period of time.
There are no quiet hours. The community building is available to rent for $75 with a $100 deposit.
There is no cost to tour the property. Please remember to bring your photo ID.
Appointments are always encouraged but we do accept walk-ins as well.
The Property Manager works out of the leasing office but is available by appointment if needed.
All of our applications are available online.
An application can be processed as quickly as 24 hours.
Move in costs consist of prorated rent, Administrative fee, Security deposit, and any other add-ons.
Renters insurance is strongly recommended. Leasing agents are here to help! If you do not fully understand what you are signing, ask.
Residents can pay rent online, join the WIPS program or send a check to our home office.

Yes, there can be fees when using a debit/credit card.
All utilities are included except electric. The property covers gas for heating, cooking and hot water, along with water, sewer, trash and recycling is available.
Before move in we send/give you paperwork with instructions on how to contact the electric company. This must be taken care of before we can give you keys to an apartment.
We offer Bloom Broadband. No outside providers are allowed at our community.
You are allowed to have guests at your apartment. We do ask that any guests please park in parking spots facing away from the building.
We have a Cancellation Premium that you can pay at the time you give your move-out notice. The cost of the Cancellation Premium will vary from unit to unit.
The Fort Wayne bus route is located at the front of the property.
We are close to downtown as well as Coliseum Boulevard, which offers lots of restaurants and shopping.
Canterbury Green Topiary Dog Park is less than 5 miles away and Camp Canine (members only) is just over 3 miles away.
Glenbrook and Jefferson Point Malls are both within a 15 minute drive.
