I really love it here. It's a quiet neighborhood. It's close to where I work. The maintenance team is great at fixing things I need done. They are pet friendly and allow me to have birds rent free. They keep me up to date on what's going on activity wise in the neighborhood. It's a big enough area to take long walks through. - Verified Resident

It's great. Quite possibly the best value in town, and a very nice apartment. I have been here 11 years and have no plans to go anywhere else. After two years of living at West Wind...I’ve never had any issues living in this place, the internet is completely fine and relatively cheap for what it is. I do a lot of PC gaming, my roommate does as well. We’ve never had an issue with speed, and the 1TB limit per month we rarely hit. Even after 2020, which was a rough year for all of us, the apartment complex was very lenient and still cared about our experience... - Jacob

Management and staff are pleasant and easy to work with. Some of the buildings are obviously older, but in good repair and maintenance replies quickly and efficiently when needed. The area is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The pool is large, with lots of available seating, and is centrally located. Snow removal is terrific, even with large amounts of snowfall.
